Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data Turf Access holds about you at any time. This includes your WhatsApp chats with the Turf Access number. It takes one email.
How to ask
- Email lck@cyberzio.com with the subject “Delete my Turf Access data”.
- Include the mobile or WhatsApp number you used with Turf Access. Venue owners, also include your venue name.
- Say whether you are a player or a venue owner. If you only want part of your data removed, such as your WhatsApp chats, say which part.
To make sure the request is really yours, we may message that number on WhatsApp or SMS and ask you to confirm. We never ask for your PIN.
What happens next
- We confirm we have your request within 3 working days.
- We finish the deletion within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted

| A venue owner | Your owner account and sign-in, your venues, courts, prices, team, bookings and the player details stored for your venues, and your WhatsApp chats. Please export anything you want to keep, such as your accounts CSV, first. |
What we have to keep
- Invoices and payment records for credit purchases, kept as long as Indian tax law requires. They hold the billing name and GSTIN, not player data.
- Bookings at a venue, for that venue’s own accounts. We remove your name and number from them so they no longer identify you, unless the venue has a legal reason to keep them.
Deleting your data with us does not delete messages from your own phone or from WhatsApp’s servers. You can delete a chat in WhatsApp, and block the Turf Accessnumber if you don’t want any more messages.
