Terms of service

Last updated 30 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Turf Access: the website at turfaccess.com, the owner desk, the booking pages and the Turf Access WhatsApp number. Turf Access is run by Cyberzio Innovations Pvt Ltd, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”). By creating a venue or making a booking you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

1. What Turf Access does

Turf Access is a booking desk for sports venues: turfs, courts, nets and pools. Venues use it to take bookings on the web and on WhatsApp, check UPI payments and run their day. Turf Access is not the venue. Each venue sets its own prices, hours, rules, advance amount and cancellation time, and provides the playing space.

2. Venue owner accounts

  • You must be 18 or older and have the right to run the venue you add.
  • You sign in with your mobile number and a 4-digit PIN. We confirm the number with a code on WhatsApp. Keep your PIN private; you are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff’s logins.
  • Keep your venue details true and up to date: name, address, map pin, prices, hours and UPI ID. Players rely on them.
  • You decide who on your team can see and handle money, and you are responsible for their actions in the desk.

3. Booking credits

  • New venues get free credits to start. After that, you buy credit packs from the owner desk. Prices are shown before you pay, and each purchase gets a GST invoice.
  • One credit is used for each booking a player makes online (booking link or WhatsApp) once it is confirmed or its payment is sent for checking. Walk-in and phone bookings you add yourself never use a credit.
  • If you reject a booking’s payment, its credit comes back.
  • If your credits run out, online booking keeps going for a few more bookings, then pauses until you top up. Your desk keeps working the whole time.
  • Credits have no cash value and can’t be moved to another venue. Credit purchases are not refundable, except when we charged you by mistake or twice; email us and we will put it right.
  • If you turn on auto top-up, you allow us to charge your saved payment method for the pack you chose whenever your balance falls to the level you set. You can turn it off at any time in the desk.

4. Bookings and payments between players and venues

  • A booking is between the player and the venue. Players pay the venue directly by UPI or at the venue. Turf Access never receives or holds player money.
  • When a venue asks for an advance, the slot is held for a short time. If the advance isn’t paid in time, the hold ends and the slot is released.
  • A player who pays sends the UPI reference (UTR), and the venue checks it against its bank before confirming. Sending a false or reused UTR is not allowed; the venue can reject the payment and cancel the booking.
  • Prices, advances, balances due at the venue, and the venue’s own rules are set by the venue and shown before you confirm.

5. Cancellations and refunds

  • Players can cancel online up to the venue’s cancellation time, shown on the booking. After that, contact the venue.
  • A venue can cancel a booking, for example for weather or maintenance, and the player is told on WhatsApp.
  • Refunds are handled by the venue, which pays the player back by UPI or cash under its own policy. Because we never hold the money, we cannot refund a player ourselves, but we will help you reach the venue if there is a problem.

6. WhatsApp

When you message the Turf Access number, our booking assistant replies, and the venue may also reply. By booking you agree to receive messages about that booking: confirmations, payment updates, reminders and cancellations. Venue owners also get alerts about their venue’s bookings, payments and credits. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms. We send only messages about your bookings or your venue, never promotions.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • make fake bookings, hold slots you don’t mean to use, or send false payment details;
  • list a venue you don’t run, or post misleading prices or information;
  • use Turf Access to send spam or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful;
  • try to break, overload, copy or get around the security of the service, or access accounts that aren’t yours.

We may suspend a venue, pause its booking link, or block a number that breaks these rules, and we will tell the owner why when we can.

8. The service

We work to keep Turf Access running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. It can be briefly unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as internet, hosting or WhatsApp outages. We may improve or change features over time and will tell owners in the desk before any change that affects how they are charged.

9. Liability

Turf Access is not responsible for the venue itself, for what happens at the venue, or for disputes between players and venues about play, payments or refunds. As far as the law allows, our total liability to a venue owner for any claim is limited to the amount the owner paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Turf Access at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described on the Data deletion page. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed. We keep invoices as long as tax law requires.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell venue owners in the desk before they take effect.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can’t be settled by talking to us first, the courts of Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction.
