Badminton court booking and management software

Let players book your badminton courts on a link or on WhatsApp, in hour or half-hour slots, and pay the advance straight to your UPI. Coaching batches and regulars book themselves. No commission.

Badminton halls fill up in short games and regular groups: office players before work, coaching batches after school, and friends booking an evening hour. Turf Access is badminton court booking, scheduling and management software built for that pattern. Players reserve a court on your link or on WhatsApp, the advance goes straight to your UPI ID, and your desk runs every court from one board.

How a badminton booking works

  1. A player opens your booking link or messages the Turf Access WhatsApp number. They can also send a voice note, like "badminton tomorrow 7pm".
  2. They pick the day, the court and the start time, and how long to play.
  3. If you take an advance, they pay it to your UPI ID by QR or UPI app. The court is held for a few minutes while they pay.
  4. They tap Payment done, and you confirm it once you see the money in your UPI app.
  5. They get a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder before the game.

Players who walk in or call are added on the board in a tap, and those bookings never use a credit.

No app for players to download

Many players search for an app to book a badminton court, then give up when it means another download and another account. With Turf Access they don't need one. Your booking page opens in any phone browser, and WhatsApp booking works in the app they already use every day. Share the link on your Google Maps listing, Instagram and the hall's WhatsApp groups, and print the QR poster for the reception.

Badminton court scheduling

NeedWhat Turf Access does
Several courts, one hallEvery court on one booking page and one day board, each with its own price.
Short or long gamesHalf-hour or one-hour slots; players book several in a row.
Coaching batchesRegular weekly slots on fixed courts, booked ahead automatically and never sold to anyone else.
Weekly office or friends groupsThe same regular slots, with one week cancelled when they can't come.
Gaps between gamesBlock a court for cleaning, maintenance or a private event in a tap.
Weekend eventsTournaments with team sign-ups, fixtures and entry fees paid by UPI.

Reservation rules you control

  • Advance. A fixed amount or a percentage of the booking, paid to your UPI ID.
  • Holds. An unpaid reservation holds the court for the minutes you choose, then frees itself, so a court is never blocked by someone who never paid. Your desk can give a player one extension.
  • Cancellation cut-off. Players can cancel themselves only up to the number of hours you set before the game.
  • Refunds. Return the full advance on a cancellation, or keep a fee you set. The player is told what comes back.

Badminton court management at the desk

Running a hall is more than taking bookings. The Turf Access desk on your phone shows today's board for every court, with who is playing, what they paid and what is due. Staff can add walk-ins and collect balances, only the people you allow to handle money can confirm payments and see the accounts, and you see the full picture.

Desk taskWhat you get
Today's courtsOne board with every booking, hold and block, court by court.
PaymentsCash and UPI collected each day, balances due, refunds recorded, CSV export for your accountant.
PlayersA customer list with each player's bookings, so you know your regulars.
PricesAC and non-AC courts priced separately; higher rates for evenings and weekends.
MembersMemberships with an hours balance that comes off as they play, plus coupons.
StaffOwner, manager and staff roles, so the person at the desk sees only what they need.

No double bookings

A court is locked the moment it is booked, whichever way the reservation came in: the link, WhatsApp or your desk. Two players can't take the same court at the same time.

Payments stay yours

The advance goes straight to your UPI ID. Turf Access never holds player money and takes no commission. Players tap Payment done instead of sending screenshots, and every payment waits for your confirmation; a UTR already used on another booking is flagged.

Planning or pricing your courts

If you are building a hall, our guide to badminton court construction cost covers court size, flooring, lighting and roofing. To set your rates, read how to price your court per hour. Running pickleball as well? See the pickleball court booking system; both sports can sit on the same booking page.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an app to book badminton courts?

Players don't need to download one. They book on your booking link in any phone browser or on WhatsApp, which they already have. You run the hall from the Turf Access desk in your phone's browser.

Can I take 30-minute or 1-hour badminton bookings?

Yes. Each venue sets its slot length, and players can book one or more slots in a row. The price adds up slot by slot, so peak and off-peak hours are charged correctly.

How do coaching batches and regular groups work?

Add them as regular weekly slots. Turf Access books the same court at the same time every week ahead of time, so the slot is never sold to someone else, and you can cancel a single week.

Can I charge more for AC courts or evening hours?

Yes. Every court has its own default price, so an AC court can cost more, and you add price rules by day and time for evenings and weekends.

What does badminton court management software do?

It keeps every court on one schedule, takes bookings online and at the desk, collects advances, and tracks payments and regular players. In Turf Access that is the day board, walk-in and phone bookings, peak pricing, memberships, coaching batches, staff roles and a daily payments view.

Can I stop last-minute cancellations?

Yes. You set a cancellation cut-off in hours, and players can only cancel themselves before it. You also choose how much of a cancelled advance they get back: all of it, or the advance minus a fee you set.

How much does it cost?

No monthly fee and no commission. Each online booking uses one prepaid credit, from ₹599 for 50 bookings. Bookings your staff add are free, and new venues get 20 free credits.
