How a box cricket booking works

  1. A captain opens your booking link or messages the Turf Access WhatsApp number.
  2. They pick the day, the box, the start time and how long they want to play.
  3. If you take an advance, they pay it to your UPI ID by QR or UPI app. The slot is held for a few minutes while they pay.
  4. They tap Payment done (the 12-digit UTR is optional). You check your UPI app and confirm.
  5. They get a WhatsApp confirmation, and a reminder before the game.

Yes. Add each court with its sport, such as a 5-a-side box that also hosts football, a 7-a-side box and cricket nets. Players pick the court on the same page, and each court has its own prices.

Can teams book 2 or 3 hours together?

Yes. Players choose a start time and how long they want to play, and the booking covers back-to-back slots on the same court. The price adds up slot by slot, so peak and off-peak hours are charged correctly.

How do I handle teams that book every week?

Add them as a regular slot. Turf Access books the same court and time every week ahead of time, so the slot is never sold to someone else, and you can still cancel a single week.
