Turf Booking Software in Chennai & Tamil Nadu
Turf booking software for venues in Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore and across Tamil Nadu: your own booking link, WhatsApp booking in Tamil or English, UPI to you.
One booking link and WhatsApp booking for every court. Players pick a slot and pay your UPI directly, with no commission. You run the whole day from one board on your phone.
Turf Access is turf booking and turf management software built for how venues in India actually run: bookings come in on WhatsApp and by phone, players pay by UPI, and the owner manages it all from a phone. It gives your venue a booking link and a WhatsApp booking bot, takes the advance straight to your UPI ID, and puts every court on one board.
| What you get | How it works |
|---|---|
| Your own booking link | A page for your venue at turfaccess.com/book/your-venue. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. |
| WhatsApp booking | Players message the Turf Access number and book in a few taps: day, court, time, length, confirm. |
| UPI advance to you | The player pays the advance to your own UPI ID. The slot is held for a few minutes while they pay. |
| Payment checks | Players tap Payment done, optionally with the 12-digit UTR. The booking ref is in the UPI note, a UTR used before is flagged, and you confirm. |
| The day board | Every court and every slot for the day, with walk-ins and phone bookings added in a tap. |
| Price rules | Peak, off-peak and weekend prices per court, by day and time. |
| Regulars and members | Repeat weekly slots, memberships and coupons. |
| Tournaments | Team sign-ups with entry fees by UPI. |
| Messages | WhatsApp confirmations and reminders to players; alerts to you for new bookings and payments to check. |
Most players in India don't want another app, and most owners already take bookings on WhatsApp. Turf Access starts there. The booking link works in any phone browser, and the bot books on WhatsApp itself. Payment is UPI, straight to your account, so you never wait for a payout.
It works for the courts Indian venues run: 5-a-side, 7-a-side and 9-a-side football and box cricket, cricket nets, pickleball, padel, badminton, tennis, squash, table tennis, basketball and semi-Olympic pools. One venue can mix them, with a price for each court.
Marketplaces charge a cut of each booking they bring. Turf Access doesn't take a cut, because players pay you directly. You prepay booking credits instead, and one online booking uses one credit, from about ₹12 down to under ₹10 a booking on bigger packs. Walk-ins and phone bookings you enter yourself never use a credit.
If you want to compare the two models with your own numbers, read marketplace commission vs your own booking link.
A slot is locked the moment someone books it, whether they book on the link, on WhatsApp or at your counter. Two people can't book the same court at the same time. When an advance is needed, the slot is held only for a few minutes; if the player doesn't pay, it frees itself.
Payments that need checking wait in one list with the booking ref, the amount and the UTR if the player shared one. You find the payment in your UPI app and confirm. Reused UTRs get a warning, which is how most fake payments are caught. Read more in how to check UPI payments for fake screenshots.
Every slot your turf doesn't sell is lost for good. Turf Access helps you sell the quiet ones:
See how to price your turf per hour for a simple way to set peak and off-peak rates.
New venues get 20 free bookings, so you can try it with real players before buying a pack.
Buy booking credits in packs. Each online booking uses one credit; walk-ins and phone bookings you add are free. Prices include GST, and every pack includes 10% free cancellations.
Compare five things: whether it charges a commission or a fixed fee, who receives the player's money, whether players can book on WhatsApp without an app, whether walk-ins and phone bookings share one board, and how long setup takes. Turf Access takes no commission, sends advances to your UPI ID, books on WhatsApp, keeps every booking on one board and sets up in about five minutes.
There is no monthly fee and no commission. You buy booking credits in packs, from ₹599 for 50 online bookings, and each online booking uses one credit. Walk-ins and phone bookings you add yourself are free, and new venues get 20 free bookings to start.
No. Players book on your booking link in any phone browser, or on WhatsApp. They don't need an account or an app.
Players pay the advance straight to your UPI ID using the QR or their UPI app. They then tap Payment done (the 12-digit UTR is optional), and you confirm after checking your UPI app for the booking ref. Turf Access never holds player money.
