Turf Access is sports venue booking software for complexes that run more than one kind of court. Football turfs, box cricket, cricket nets, badminton, pickleball, padel, tennis, squash, table tennis, basketball and pools all sit on one board, each with its own price, and players book any of them on one link or on WhatsApp. It works as the booking and front-desk side of sports complex management, built for how venues in India take bookings today.

Online and WhatsApp booking, without a marketplace

Every venue gets its own booking page and booking on a shared WhatsApp number. Players pick the sport, court, day and time, see the price, and confirm. They can also send a WhatsApp voice note in Tamil or English, like "badminton tomorrow 7pm", and get the free courts back. Read how WhatsApp turf booking works.

A slot is locked the moment it is booked, whether on the link, on WhatsApp or at your desk, so two groups can't be given the same court at the same time.

Payments stay with the complex

Players pay the advance straight to your UPI ID. The slot is held for a few minutes while they pay, then they tap Payment done (the 12-digit UTR is optional), and your team confirms it in its UPI app. A UTR already used on another booking is flagged. Staff roles for a busy front desk

Large venues have managers, desk staff and coaches. Turf Access gives each person a role, and money access is a separate permission, so a desk staff member can add walk-ins and confirm arrivals without seeing your accounts. Owners with more than one venue run them all from one login and switch between them.

Can one sports complex run different sports on Turf Access?

Yes. Add each court, turf, net or pool with its own sport and price. Players choose from all of them on one booking page, and your day board shows every one side by side.

Can my staff use it without seeing the money?

Yes. Owners, managers and staff have different roles, and money access is a separate permission. A desk staff member can add walk-ins and check players in without seeing accounts or credit purchases.

We have two complexes. Do we need two accounts?

No. One owner account can run several venues and switch between them. Each venue keeps its own courts, prices, hours, UPI ID and booking link.

How do players pay?
